02 / THE ARTIST

Mountain roots.
A coastal eye.

I’m Kelly Lane. I grew up with East Tennessee’s Smoky Mountains as my backdrop, and today I call Florida’s Gulf Coast home.

I paint in oils using the alla prima method, following the light, shadow, and atmosphere that make an ordinary moment worth remembering.
